This program provides foundational education for foreigners with technical startup capabilities, covering the basic knowledge needed for actual business startup.

Guidance
  • Classes run for 50 minutes followed by a 10-minute break.
  • A total attendance rate of 80% or higher is required for completion.
  • Late arrivals and early departures are checked in 30-minute increments and deducted from participation time.
  • The schedule is subject to change depending on circumstances.
  • Applicants must complete a phone interview before their application is confirmed.
  • Participants who fail to complete the course due to absence, withdrawal, or dismissal will be restricted from all program participation for 6 months after the program end date.
  • ※ Attendance is checked once before orientation and once before each session. Please arrive on time to ensure smooth course operation.

Privacy Policy Chungbuk Global Startup Immigration Center (hereinafter, the "Center") processes personal information in a lawful and secure manner by complying with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects. Purposes for processing personal information The Center processes personal information for the following purposes: - Receipt of OASIS program applications and management of participants - Verification of applicants' eligibility and selection of training recipients - Operation of education programs, attendance management, and completion management - Providing program-related guidance and delivering notices - Checking administrative reference materials related to visas - Statistical analysis for customer satisfaction surveys and program improvement - Handling complaints and responding to inquiries Personal information collected will not be used for any purpose other than those listed above. If the purpose of use is changed, the Center will follow the necessary procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 2. Categories of personal information processed The Center may process the following personal information for program applications, inquiry handling, and operational management. General personal information - Name (First Name, Last Name) - Date of birth - Nationality - Gender - Mobile phone number - Email address - Education background - Current occupation - Visa type (Current Status of Stay) - Business status - Business registration number (if applicable) - Application process information (OASIS program course) Unique identification information For applicant identification and administrative processing, the Center may process the following unique identification information: - Foreign Registration Number - Copy of Alien Registration Card (when uploading files) Unique identification information will be processed only to the minimum extent necessary when permitted by relevant laws or with the consent of the data subject. 3. Processing and retention period of personal information The Center retains personal information until the purposes of collection and use are achieved. The retention periods are as follows. Program application and operational information Personal information collected for OASIS program applications and operations will be stored for 1 year from the date of collection, and will be destroyed without delay after the retention period expires. Retention as required by laws and regulations However, if retention is necessary under relevant laws and regulations, personal information may be kept for the period specified by those laws. 4. Provision of personal information to third parties The Center does not provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases: - When prior consent from the data subject has been obtained - When provision is required by law - When requests are made by related organizations such as investigative authorities 5. Outsourcing of personal information processing To operate the service, the Center may outsource some tasks to external service providers. Examples - Online application receipt platforms (such as Google Forms) - Email delivery services When outsourcing under an agreement, the Center takes necessary protective measures so that personal information can be safely managed. 6. Changes to the Privacy Policy The Center may change this Privacy Policy as needed. Updates will be posted on this page, and the revised effective date will be announced together. 7.
